Briggs & Stratton  Generator

Briggs & Stratton has been an industry leader for over 100 years and is well known for its small engines and outdoor power equipment all over the world. They are known for the innovations that they have introduced in the field of engines and power equipment.

Briggs & Stratton is also known for their generators since they have these generators equipped with engines made especially for that purpose. Briggs and Stratton has developed different series of generators to suit all applications.

Briggs & Stratton PowerSmart Series

The Briggs and Stratton PowerSmart series of generators consists of the 2000 watt and the 3000-Watt inverter generators. Both of these generators provide clean electrical power which is safe for all your sensitive electronic equipment. The PowerSmart series generators are ideal for camping, tailgating, for use in RVs or to power some of the essentials in your home during power outages. Not only do these generators supply clean power but they are also much quieter than other generators that deliver similar power.

Both of these generators are very economical, the 2000 watt generator has a fuel tank capacity of 1 gallon which lets it run for 6 hours at 25 % load capacity. The 3000 watt generator has a fuel tank capacity of 1.5 gallons which lets it run for 10 hours at 25 % load capacity. Obviously both run times will diminish as the load capacity increases.

Both these generators are equipped with computer controlled technology that automatically adjusts the speed of the engine to meet your power requirements, saving fuel and increasing the run time.

The 2000-Watt inverter generator is equipped with two 120 Volt AC outlets and one 12 Volt DC outlet while the 3000 watt inverter generator is equipped with four 120 Volt (5-20R) AC outlets, one 120 Volt 30 amp (L5-30R) twist lock outlet and one 12 Volt DC outlet.

The 3000 watt inverter generator is equipped with a parallel connector port which allows you to connect 2 3000 watt generators together in case you need more power. The 2 generators can be connected together with a PowerSmart Parallel kit which comes with an outlet to connect your RV and allows you to run your air conditioner along with your other electrical appliances. With 2 generators connected in parallel, they can deliver 4800 watts of continuous power.

Both the generators in the PowerSmart series are designed to be easily portable and can supply you with clean electrical power wherever you may need it.

All these generators are portable generators and use gasoline as fuel.

All the Briggs & Stratton generators in the Standard Series are portable and have Briggs and Stratton engines which are designed for the specific generators. These engines ensure that the generators are fuel efficient and have long run times which allows you to run the generators continuously except for refueling for days at a time when you have power outages. All of the generators have easy to use control panels and they have rubber covers for the outlets which protect them when not in use.

The Standard Series portable generators are equipped with never go flat tires which makes it easy to move them around. All of them are also equipped with power surge alternators which allow them to produce 25% more surge wattage than similar generators.

The 6250 watt generator is equipped with a fuel tank with a capacity of 7.5 gallons which lets it run for 11 hours at 50% load capacity. This generator can provide 6250 watts of continuous power while being able to surge up to 8500 watts.

The 6000-Watt Generator has a fuel tank capacity of 7 gallons which lets it run for 13 hours at 50% load capacity. This generator is capable of producing 6000 watts of continuous power while being able to surge up to 7500 watts.

The5500 Watt generator has a fuel tank capacity of 5 gallons which lets it run for 10 hours at 50% load capacity. This generator can produce 5500 watts of continuous power while being able to surge up to 6875 watts.

Both the models of 5000 watt generators 5000-Watt Generator non CARB and the 5000-Watt CARB Compliant Generator have a fuel tank capacity of 5 gallons which lets them run for 10 hours at 50% load capacity. These generators can provide 5000 watts of continuous power while being able to surge up to 6250 watts.

The 3500 watt generator models, CARB, RV Model, and Locking Outlet have a fuel tank capacity of 4 gallons and can run for 8 hours at 50% load capacity. These generators can provide 3500 watts of continuous power while being able to surge up to 4375 watts.

Briggs & Stratton Elite Series

The Elite Series of Briggs and Stratton portable generators are top end wattage machines above 7kW and are equipped with an electric key start system which makes them very easy to start.

All of the Elite Series generator are equipped with large never go flat ties for easy maneuverability. They are also equipped with a Power Surge alternator which allows them to produce a surge of power which is needed to start motor driven appliances and tools. The Elite Series generators have an easy to understand control panel and have rubber covers to protect the outlets when not in use.

The Elite Series consists of 5 models, the 10,000 watt generator, the 8000 watt generator, 7500-Watt Generator CARB Compliant, 7500-Watt Generator (Standard) and the 7000 watt generator. All these generators are portable and use gasoline as fuel. The 7000 and 8000 watt units are not always as available online.

The 10,000 watt generator is equipped with a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard twin engine and the other models are equipped with Briggs and Stratton 2100 Series engines.
